These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Capsoul Wardrobe iOS app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
Capsoul Wardrobe provides AI-assisted personal color analysis and wardrobe suggestions for entertainment and informational purposes. Results are generated by an automated model and are subjective recommendations, not professional styling, medical, or other expert advice.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the app except as permitted by law.

- Upload only photos you have the right to use.
- Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the app or its third-party services.
4. Third-party services
The app uses the Google Gemini API to analyze photos. Your use of features that rely on that service is also subject to Google's applicable terms. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability or output.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Color analysis results may be inaccurate or incomplete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including purchasing decisions made based on its recommendations.
